CHow is the size of the material selected?
Our in-store teams select ski sizes based on the information you provide when booking: your height, age, skill level, weight, and the type of skis or snowboard you wish to rent. If you require a special size, please note this in the comments section of your order, so our team can take this into account when preparing your equipment.
Is it possible to rent only skis or snowboards, without boots ?
Yes, just uncheck the “shoes” box when you add your pack to your cart.
Are poles included in the rental ?
Yes, of course! Our team will provide you with poles adapted to your size when you rent skis.
Do you rent shoes alone ?
Yes, we offer shoe-only reservations. Submit your request here
Do you rent snowshoes ?
We offer snowshoe reservations on our website.
Can I change my reservation ?
Yes, you can change your booking dates and selected packages up until the day before your first day of skiing. If the change results in an additional cost, it will be requested in store upon your arrival. Conversely, if this change results in a reduction, it will be credited in the form of a credit note in your name, with no expiry date. To benefit from this, send your request by email; a response will be received within 48 hours maximum.
I made a mistake in my personal information, what should I do ?
This personal information allows us to securely adjust your equipment and prepare it before your arrival. It's best to notify us of any changes by email.
Is it possible to ski & snowboard during my stay ?
It is possible to exchange ski equipment for snowboard equipment of an equivalent range during your stay. Please note, however, that these exchanges do not guarantee the availability of the exchanged equipment. Therefore, what was available at the beginning of the week may no longer be available by the middle of your stay. We therefore recommend either starting/finishing with snowboarding rather than changing every day, or renting both pieces of equipment for the duration of your stay.
Do I have to respect any timetables for collecting/returning my equipment ?
You can pick up your equipment the day before your first day of skiing from 3 p.m. – subject to availability. For return, the equipment must be returned before 10 a.m. the day after your last day of skiing, to avoid being charged for an additional day.
What payment methods do you accept ?
You can pay by credit card (“Visa”, “Mastercard”, “American Express” or “Paypal”), as well as in store by holiday vouchers and cash.
